Meet Matt Manavi, MBA, CBB, CBI, CM&AP

Owner of a full business brokerage and M&A Advisory agency, in Orange California, we serve all business owners in Orange County, Inland Empire, and Los Angles County. We represent sellers and buyers in business acquisitions for companies with up to $50 million in gross revenue. Matt is an entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience in various senior leadership positions from small and ground-up companies to multi-billion dollar multinationals focusing on successful product delivery and customer interaction generating millions of dollars per quarter. Matt has a broad knowledge of business deal structuring, technology, program management, manufacturing, complex problem solving, risk management, materials and supplier management, customer interaction, cost reduction, financial analysis, and international team management. M.S. in physics and MBA with a concentration in global management. Matt is one of the very few who have earned certified business broker, certified business intermediary, and certified M&A professional designations.

Meet Nassim Bayat

Following the completion of his studies as an Electrical Engineer in Louisville, Kentucky, Nassim Bayat started his career as an Electrical Engineer and for the first 6 years of his career worked for a national Material Handling Company, designing projects from formulation to completion.  During this time, he grew in the company from a Jr Engineer position to a Lead Project Engineer responsible for all aspects of the projects.  In 1991, Nassim started a controls engineering company named SNE Systems, Inc. In 2000, Nassim sold his company to FKI, plc. a British multi-disciplined company listed on the London Stock Exchange for $40M, and was selected for the position of the President of the newly formed company.

Nassim has always been an entrepreneur starting and growing multiple companies in commercial real estate, sleep centers, and most recently a Software and Controls Company specializing in Material Handling Automation Systems.

Nassim Bayat has been helping business owners with their exit strategies in a variety of industries. Nassim is an active member of the California Association of Business Brokers.

The saying goes as “once an entrepreneur, always an entrepreneur.” After working for about two years at IBM Almaden Research Center as a research engineer associate, I realized that my passion lied in delivering products that provide value for the users. By chance, I was hired into a small-size company as an optical engineer. That is when I realized that working in startup companies was my passion. I, subsequently, worked in smaller size companies. In a short time, I joined a ground-up high-tech opportunity as the first employee. Almost nine years after that, I co-founded a high-tech company in the use of nanotechnology in data storage. During the last 11 years of my corporate world, I learned how a very successful Fortune 500 company is run. I managed an international team of program managers touching all aspects of running a business. I started my business brokerage agency in 2016 and decided to fulfill my long-awaited call as an entrepreneur. I thrive in environments where there is never a dull moment. I enjoy helping people succeed and achieve their American dreams. Their dream may be to sell their business or to start a business. It all goes back to helping other entrepreneurs realize their passion in life.
